Delivery Information

Delivery charges are added automatically to your order and are included in the final total to pay. All orders over £50.00 (excluding VAT) are carriage free to the UK mainland. All orders under £50.00 (excluding VAT), delivery is charged at £7.00 to the UK mainland. The majority of goods are despatched within one working day of receiving the order and confirmation of payment. Orders are not despatched at weekends or on Bank holidays. Orders are despatched by first class post or carrier at the discretion of Perfect Forms. When ordering please ensure that the delivery address details are correctly entered. Perfect Forms cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Return Policy

Any goods for return must be in the original unopened packaging and any seals must not have been broken or damaged. The customer must examine the goods on receipt and report any damage, incorrectly sent goods or shortfalls within 7 working days. If any goods are found to be faulty when used, customers should inform Perfect Forms as soon as possible. Goods that are accepted for return will be refunded in full or replaced.
